ALCOR AGG
Alcor AGG is a nonprofit gymnastics club dedicated to developing young athletes through high-quality training and mentorship. Located in San Diego, we focus on competitive gymnastics for dedicated athletes aged 8-16.Our program emphasizes technical skill, physical fitness, and personal growth, creating a well-rounded experience for every gymnast. Under the leadership of our top coach, Iryna Gutnik, who has guided our team to two National Championships, we provide expert coaching that blends rigorous training with a supportive atmosphere. At Alcor AGG, we believe in building a strong foundation of discipline, teamwork, and resilience, preparing our gymnasts not only for competition but for life beyond the sport. Head Coach

Iryna Gutnik
With over 40 years of coaching experience, Iryna Gutnik, originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, has made a significant impact in rhythmic and aesthetic gymnastics. A Master of Sports and former national competitor, she has led the National Team of Ukraine to 11 championships and 12 Cups since 2006.
Iryna is dedicated to the growth of the sport, organizing key events like the First Ukrainian Championship in Aesthetic Gymnastics and the World Championship in Kyiv. She also coaches internationally and has trained 63 athletes to achieve Master of Sports status.
Programs and Activities

Ages 6-8
Focus on introducing basic movements, flexibility, and coordination through fun, creative exercises that incorporate foundational Alcor AGG techniques.

Ages 8-10
Introduction of more structured group routines, further development of flexibility and control, with emphasis on teamwork and synchronized movements in Alcor AGG.

Ages 10-12
More advanced techniques and routines are taught, with a focus on artistic expression, increased physical conditioning, and the refinement of Alcor AGG movements, choreography and competition preparation as a team at national level.

Ages 12-16
Advanced group routines and individual skill refinement, focusing on high-level execution of Alcor AGG choreography, coordination, endurance, and competition preparation as a team at national and international levels.
